Nekobukuro: Video of a Cat Playground in Tokyo

Nekobukoru is like a cat café minus the café part.

The Nekobukuro cat playground is located at the Tokyu Hands department store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. While my daughter and were visiting Tokyo (the video of the trip is here: Mini-trip to Tokyo) We were at Tokyu Hands buying souvenirs when we noticed that the floor directory listed a cat playground, so we decided to check it out.

One good thing about cat playground is that there are a lot of high platforms that are inaccessible to humans, especially human children. When the cats want some downtime, they can simply jump up to a high area and get away from people.
